The Bundeswehr is the unified armed forces of Germany and their civil administration and procurement authorities.


The Versorgungsnummer (supply number) is 6260--12-120-5947 embossed on the fount wall.

The metal case is also additionally ink stamped "Laterne Petroleum 250mm hoch mit Zubehör"

 Inside the box there are two spare glasses in red and yellow for the lantern. Spare globes by Jenaer Glass.

    Hi Melanie, as i was in the Dutch Army
    I know quiet well these cases with the FH 276 in it.We used them also, it was an emergency lighting set for militairy vehicles.The German versorgungsnunmer is in fact the NATO stocknumber, witch is equal for all other armed( NATO) forces that used this set.The ones that were used here in Holland did' nt have this number stamped in the tank but a copper coin on the bottem with year of
    starting used and this NATO stocknumber.
