Both are embossed with 'NEUZEITLICHE LEIPZIG'.  'Neuzeitliche Leipzig'  =  "Society for modern road pavements GmbH"; A company that works on road building - 1930's

The red globe is unmarked and I'm unsure of the age of the orange globe.  Both lanterns have been restored and painted with German RAL 6006 Olive Paint.  The lantern with the red globe is lacking its' burner cone and burner.
