DIETZ 1888 VICTOR Nr. 0 with SG&L burner



This is a variant on the typical Victor Lanterns in that it is marked 'No. 0' and 'Victor' on either side of the fuel cap and then 'Dietz' on the other side of the fuel tank.


The burner cone, burner, fuel cap and other details on this lantern are brass. The Thumb wheel is marked 'S&G&L and Dietz'.  SG&L = Steam Gauge and Lantern Company.


The last patent date on the chimney tube is 1888.
